Introspect Youth Services develops employment and job training opportunities that links unemployed youth in the community with employers.
These cost-effective programs & services include:
Pre-Employment Skills Training (PEST)
Basic job orientation and job search skills that are needed for youth who are seeking employment.
Referral and Placement (RAP)
Job referral and placement services with public and private unsubsidized job opportunities. Many participants are youths who are not planning to further their education beyond high school.
Additional IYS Employment Services:
Pre-screening job applicants
Targeted job tax credit certification referral
Vocational and occupational training
Subsidized and customized training
Job and careen counseling
